Reception in one program, the ward on paper, the laboratory in a spreadsheet, the cash desk in a fourth system. The patient is the same, the file is not: findings are copied by hand, invoices are reconciled at the end of the month, and nobody can say who opened which record. Codon HIS gives every department its own module and every patient one file.

One registration per patient, appointments per doctor, room or device, confirmations by SMS.

The doctor opens the full history: previous visits, results, imaging, prescriptions. On admission: bed, ward, daily entries.

Ambulatory services recorded as they happen, therapies and vital signs in chronological order, imaging scheduled per device.

Results in the file
Laboratory and radiology findings appear in the record the moment they are verified. Pharmacy dispenses against the prescription.

Discharge and invoice
The discharge letter is generated from the stay; every service is already priced for the fiscal receipt, the insurer and the reports.

Can we start with one department?
Yes. Go-live is staged: registration and the busiest department first, the rest in stages, with the old process running beside the new until the numbers match.
Who manages users and rights?
Your own administrator, through dynamic user rights per module, action and department. No support ticket is needed to add a doctor or change a role.
Is Codon HIS a web application?
Yes. It runs in the browser on any device in the institution; a mobile application for doctors and patients is coming.
