Is the migration charged separately?
No. Migration of your existing data from any previous system is included in the Codon subscription.
Do we stop working during the switch?
No. The migration is rehearsed in a test environment first, and after the final cut-over the old system keeps running beside Codon until your team confirms the numbers match.
Our data is in a system nobody supports any more. Is that a problem?
Usually not. We work from database exports, files or the application itself. The audit at the start tells you exactly what can be recovered and how.
