Privacy policy

Last updated: 2026-09-21. This policy explains what personal data pyramid-dev.com collects and why. The Codon application (codon.app) has its own processing agreements with each institution; this page covers the website only.

What we collect

• Contact and demo requests. Name, institution, e-mail, phone (optional), your interest and message, and whether you asked for an NDA. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your request and pre-contractual steps (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We keep requests for as long as needed to answer and follow up, at most 24 months.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request metadata for security and to deliver the site. Logs are retained for a short period by the provider.
• Bot protection. The demo form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile processes technical data about your browser; it does not track you across sites.

Cookies and storage

The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your language choice may be stored in your browser's local storage. If we add privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics), no personal data is stored and no cookie is set.

Recipients

Form submissions are delivered by e-mail through a transactional e-mail provider acting as our processor and are read by the Pyramid Dev team in Prishtinë. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.
